Namuyaba Temanju is a human rights activist. She is also a trained Mediator, Arbitrator and Facilitator. She has also trained as a Leader in the Development of Inter-ethnic Relations.

Namuyaba has worked extensively in Los Angeles in the Conflict Resolution field. She worked with The Los Angeles Superior Court, been a member of teams for restorative justice, Days of Dialogue and various schools in the community. She has conducted training in schools for Peer to peer mediation and conducted numerous community dialogues.

She is the Founder of Ubuntu Village 2 Village an organization that uses film to highlight human rights issues and fosters dialogue among community members through discussion panels.
