Iverson Chelon Brown at the time was 13 years old when this story was written, she was an 8th Grader a Rocky Mount Middle School, in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. Iverson Brown is an amazing Volleyball & Softball player, but Volleyball is where her heart lies. Iverson's parents are George Brown Jr. & Karen Brown. Iverson was named after the famous basketball player Allen Iverson, she got to meet Allen Iverson while staying at the Embassy Suites in Hampton, Virginia. Allen Iverson gave her posters & rose because he never met a kid who was named after him! Iverson Brown hopes to attend the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill by getting a Volleyball scholarship & represent the Baby Blue Tarheels!
