This book was written so that Early Childhood Children will begin to grasp diversity in and out of the classrooms. It also emphasizes good character, increases social skills, promote language, and literacy skills, as well as, color recognition. Bear Diversity is also a dual language book with English & Spanish versions included.
This book is dedicated to my grandson Braylen D. Marsden.

Michelle Daniel Newton is currently an educator in the Caddo Parish School System in Shreveport, LA, where she teaches at Creswell Elementary School, Tracey Harris, Principal. Michelle is a graduate of Southern Unviersity in Shreveport with AS ECE, AGS Elementary Education, BS ECE Wiley College, Marshall, TX and MA ED Ashford University, Clinton, IA, presently a Doctoral Student at Northcentral University in Prescott Valley, AZ with emphasis on ECE. She has completed studies at LA Tech, Hampton University, and received other education credits. Michelle is a member of Phi Theta Kappa & Golden Key International Honor Societies and she graduated Cum Laude at Wiley College (Home of the Great Debaters), as well as, Who is Who Among Colleges/Univesities and Dean Lists.
