Chip Anderson, a troublemaker at Watson Middle School, works with his father, Bill, in a seafood shack at a local pier. When Chip buys a pet goldfish that can survive an entire hour- outside of water- Chip needs to find a way to convince the teachers he isn't crying wolf.
