When Ron tells Flippy about a time machine there enemie Miss Sparkle the evil cat has stole it to stop Flippy from banning her from Toontown!!! But this goes bad when Sparkle becomes Queen of Toontown and Ron and Flippy have to fix things, but when Ron goes back to cave man times he tells cave man Flippy to make Fake Cheese land instead of Toontown. Will Flippy stop Ron's love of fake cheese or will Sparkle be queen of everything? Well read the book silly!!!
