Charlie Balsar is a class of 2018 freshman in a small town in the Quad Cities. He's had a fair experience of writing, taking summer classes for two years from Bucktown in downtown Davenport. He's enjoyed writing for much of his youthful life and considered a degree for Creative Writing at Full Sail University.
