Mom was born Linda Sue Bing in Washington, Missouri, in 1953. She became Linda Harbridge in 1973 and became the mom of Christa and Matthew in 1979 and 1981, which were the two greatest joys of her lifetime. She considered cooking as purely a necessity, but she loved to bake. Even some of the recipes she cooked most are guessed at to put them on paper, since she wasn't really a "cook" as such. She just put stuff together and put it on the table....at least that how she thought of it.
