Based on the novel, surviving with wolves, 13 year old misha struggles with her country being bombed by adolf hitler in world war II. as soon as she sees her parents missing, misha and her shih zhu lucy rush into the wilderness and meet warrior wolves called the moonlights who are rivals to enemies, the natives. when pack leader, luna gave birth to son jada, the natives leader, jonas, wants to keep the newborn pup and make him a powerful leader someday. jonas also wants to kill misha and lucy because misha is known to be the daughter of mother nature and the queen of warrior wolves. what will mish and the moonlights do to stop jonas from their territory? and will misha survive or die?
