A hobo kidnaps the president and uses his super powers to dig through the center of the earth to escape. He exits the earth in China, the president, following, knowing if he made one wrong move, he'd never see light again.
Every person in the world is on the look out for The Hobo because of the enlarged bounty on his heads. Hobo, wanted, dead or alive.
