About Me
“Every picture holds a story and every story holds a dream. Our dreams bring us together — photography keeps those dreams alive.” I came up with that melodramatic description of photography a few years ago and I’ve been repeating it to myself periodically since then. While the punctuation might be slightly off, that personal platitude has served as a north star for my career.
My name is Rob Brizzell and I’m a NYC based photographer. I’ve been taking pictures since I was about 16-years-old (now 22) and I’ve been attempting to make a living with my talent for nearly two years. While it has been difficult, it hasn’t been without fun or without cause. While there is no specific topic or theme for this website / blog, I can guarantee you’ll always find photography, interesting stories and the occasional type-o.
