Dr. Shatty (Gwendolyn Willis-Darpoh) has been in the field of education for more than 40 years. Her roles have included special education teacher, university professor, senior researcher and international consultant. A blended-learning consultant and a two-time Fulbright scholar (Nigeria and Germany), Dr. Shatty is a strong advocate for global education and cultural and linguistic competence.
