I live with my brilliant husband Steve and our entertaining 18 month old daughter Phoebe in Portland, Oregon. As part of my role as a stay-at- home-mum, I enjoy baking and cooking something which is if not totally scrumptious, then at least tasty. One of my daughter's first words was 'cake' and though some of her favourites contain whole wheat flour, they are not without the occasional chocolate chip.
