Hi, I'm Charlie, and I absolutely love to cook! Any new recipe, and I'm right on top of it. You may notice, that all of these recipes are vegetarian, and a good portion are vegan. Well, that's because I'm all vegetarian, and doing my best at becoming a vegan. I'm fifteen, and have been a vegetarian for a little over a year, and will never go back to eating meat. It doesn't even taste good! I'd rather have myself a nice salad... Anyways, more about me. I have depression, and all sorts of mental crap. but cooking is one of the very few things that calms me.
