When I was young, I knew very little about being a mother - what to expect, what was normal, and what others did. I learned through the stories of the women and friends around me, and grew up with my four children. Now those children are grown and I have a great career working for a university, and my daughter is expecting my first little granddaughter. Bring on the next stage of life - I am ready!
