One day I was sitting down and asking myself what defines me as being a true horse whisperer. Is it that I have great patience, is it that I love horses so much that I want to be around them every second of the day, or is it that I want to understand their language and communicate with them? In fact I think it’s all of them.

The word ‘whispering’ is used because the signals between the horse and human can be so strong yet quiet this refers to it as being like a whisperer. By ‘talking’ we can learn and understand the horse’s nature, we can develop our ways to interact with them more and see what these wonderful creatures can really do. Of course, some horse whisperer’s work with wild or very difficult problem horses, but it is important to realise that they have been practising the art of the horse whispering for many years. Like I say “Give a horse what he needs and he will give you his heart in return”.
