I wrote this book because both of you are so precious to me and being your mommy is the most wonderful job I could ever have. I wanted you to know more about the lives of your parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, and great-great-grandparents...I even through in a few aunts and uncles too. I hope this book is as special to you as it is for me and I hope to be reading it to your children one day.
