About Me
Elmer Brewer Fox was born in Billings, Montana on February 5, 1929. His family moved to Spokane when he was six years old. He graduated from North Central High School. He married Louise Nelson in 1948. Upon graduating from EWU, he accepted a position in the Central Valley School District as an elementary school teacher, and later as principal at Greenacres and Progress Elementary Schools.

Elmer's faith in Jesus Christ was very important to him. He and Louise devoted untold hours to their church, Spokane Valley United Methodist, where they were members for over 50 years. He was an amazing leader, avid gardener, and lifelong learner. He was a loving and caring husband, father, grandpa, and friend to many. He spent his life serving others and positively influenced thousands of people. He reminded all to "Brighten the Corner Where You Are".
