About Me |
Patricia Plummer-Walker was born in South Georgia, and currently lives in Lilburn, GA (approximately 20 miles North of Atlanta). Born August 23rd (Virgo), she began writing poetry around six years old. Even though she loves reading, music, gardening, and sewing; writing is her passion. Though she loves a good mystery, sci-fi, and autobiographies, nothing makes her happier than reaching deep down in her soul and writing books that inspire, how-to's and other issues about life and love. She wrote her first children's novel in 1984 "The Human Beans" and believes it was the founding idea behind The Veggie Tales series. After two failed marriages and the birth of her daughter, she found much writing seeds from which to feed. In late 1990's she began a small publications company and graduated to writing for newspapers, magazine articles and other media printing. She continues to write various articles for the hometown newspapers while finishing her most recent book, "The Power of One Great Teacher".
