Ryan Timothy LaFerney is a writer, curator, and arts advocate currently residing in Kansas City, Missouri. He earned his BFA in Art History and Interdisciplinary Arts from the Kansas City Art Institute. He is interested in Modern and Contemporary visual studies, technology, film history as well as popular culture. He plans to attend graduate school in the near future to study the production, dissemination, and impact of visual images, objects, experiences, and practices.
