Since I was old enough to reach the counter, I've been helping my family cook. My favorite childhood memories are from my Grammy's kitchen, helping her make whoopie pies, cookies and cakes. This sparked the flame of my love of baking. Making home-baked goodies brings me an enormous amount of joy. I love a good challenge and trying new ingredients.
