Valarie Jean Rodawalt, born in Fort Worth, Texas from a military family--grew up in various places from Alaska to Ethiopia. Val's travels have taken her to England, Greece, Egypt, Israel, and Turkey.



Val graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 1969 from The American University, Washington, D.C.; she obtained her Master of Library Science ten years later at the University of North Texas, Denton, Texas.



By profession, she is a law librarian--currently unemployed but actively searching for a job!



Her hobbies include collecting recipes; bowling; bridge; genealogy; movies; and music.
