My name is Natalie and I am happily married with two beautiful children. I am dedicating this cook book to the memory of my mother Pat who we lost suddenly in 2007. The only thing I have to remember my mum by is the time we spent cooking and the recipes we shared and I would hate for them to get forgotten.
