Michelle has either made and/or sampled all of the recipes contained within this book and will attest to their deliciousness! It was a joy to grow up in my mother's home with the aroma of either fresh baked bread, gingersnap cookies, or any number of wonderful goodies that she had baking. My dear friend and one time mother-in-law was also a wonderful mother and cook, and since I inherited her recipes, I wanted to add my favorites of hers as well. Then there is my wonderful daughter, who has also contributed some recipes to the collection. She makes a delicious pasta salad that everyone raves over.
