Jane DeMartino answered the call to help cats when she witnessed so many suffering on the streets of Boston. One by one she trapped, neutered, released or adopted a whole colony of cats. Each one had its own story to tell with insight and wisdom to their healing powers and funny-loving ways. Now Jane is the president of Caring About the Strays, Inc., an IRS 501(c) (3) not for profit organization in upstate New York.
