Cooking has always been a passion. In fact some of my fondest memories growing up included helping my Mom Bette in the kitchen, being the official "tester" for my Grandmother Vi and helping my Dad Raymond get the kitchen cleaned up before mom woke up on the week-ends. Where was my sister Cyndy during this time? Sleeping! She didn't get the cooking bug until she had her own family, but much prefers to let her husband Raymond be the chef in the family.

Today, my husband Tim has taken over in the kitchen creating and experimenting using the fresh herbs he grows himself. I clean up behind him.



This collection of recipes is a project of love and something my mother and I had dreamed about but never had the chance to complete. It not only includes my family’s recipes but those friends have shared with me over the years.
