Rachelle Lynette Bounds “Shelly” was born October 31, 1972 in Washington, DC, and raised in Fort Washington, MD and Dale City, VA. Ra’chelle has been writing poetry “secretly” since to age of 10. Rachelle recently relocated to the Atlanta, GA area where she wanted to experience new adventures. One of those adventures was to turn her writings into a book
