I have been a picky eater all my life, mostly because of texture. I really like trying new dishes and lots of the look delicious, but sometimes I won't try because of the ingredient I can see. So, I came up with my own way to deal with my issue at home. I use all the good, tasty ingredients, but i take them out and either discard or puree.
