I was inspired to make this cook book as a gift to my daughter, Vera Flannery.

Being gluten, dairy, egg and soy free is a little challenging when it comes to home made baked goods. I hope that these few recipes will encourage you to do a little experimenting of your own.

I am a mom of four grown children and four grand children. I have always enjoyed cooking for my family and friends. So I thought, why not make a cook book for baking gluten, soy, dairy, and egg free recipes. The whole process has been a labor or love and a challenging journey.
