Fortunate to have been born in Maymyo, Burma, the third eldest of ten children and blessed with loving and caring parents. My lifelong mission has been to record our family's favourite Burmese and Indian culinary delights prepared by our parents, Tony and Audrey Vertannes, Vera Londsale, our grandmother and dear Aunt Florence.
