My name is Shena L Miller. I was born in the small town of Augusta, Georgia in 1985. I grew up with a natural interest in writing poetry about the lessons I learned from life’s experiences. These emotions of love and how they made me I feel is a common theme in my writing.
This book is a collection of poems that expresses my thoughts and feelings about relationships, love and loss. As I got older and went through both good and hard times my personal emotions changed. I now view the affairs of the heart much differently. The emotions, thoughts and feelings I now have of life, love, hope and relationships have all come from life’s sometimes hard lessons.
These feelings I had while growing up are expressed in the poems I wrote for you.
