This book is dedicated to the memory of,
Dale Lynn Johnson...Poirier...Lange...Avery...Ward...
She spent many years writing poems and at one point gathered up what she thought would make a great book and was ready to publish it. Unfortunately, bad luck intervened and the book was lost...or so she thought. After her death I was able to recover all but 2 of the original poems from her book.
"Through My Eyes" is the best way to describe her journey.

This book contains most of the poems I have written, and all that I feel are worth printing, but then I'm no critic.
Some of my poems were started back in the early sixties, before LSD and not finished until 1985, after LSD.
Each new poem I've written has been directly related to an emotion or incidence that got my juices flowing. I have enjoyed the sweat and tears and pain that went into each of them, especially the pain.
