Noel Bender Mattison is the daughter of Robert E. and Maxine Travis Bender. She was born and raised in Cedar Falls/Waterloo, Iowa. Noel and her husband, Craig, currently live in Fort Collins, Colorado. They have a son, Peter, daughter-in-law, Jennifer and a grandson, Connor.
