It's impossible to explain how someone can so intensely enjoy wildlife and, yet, wish to hunt (or fish) for them. Hunters do not understand it, so how can non-hunters be expected to relate? What must be understood is that hunting does not equal hatred and should not invoke it from others. Some welcome the opportunity to share in the struggle with wild creatures - some do not. I respect those that do not and only ask that they respond in kind.
Be aware that these stories and some photos contain images of wildlife reduced to precious food items. There are many opportunities missed or passed up. The reader should know that the wildlife, more often than not, wins.
