Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASD) are caused by maternal drinking alcohol during pregnancy. No amounts of alcohol at any time during pregnancy have been established as safe for the fetus. Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders are the largest single cause of mental disabilities in most industrialized countries and could highly be prevented if all women abstained from during pregnancy.

Kristopher is an 8 year old boy that attends Millington Schools. Kris is diagnosed with ARND, which is a sub-diagnosis of Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder. Kris would like to share this book to so other people can understand this brain disorder that he lives with.
