Channon is the oldest of the two children, both daughters, of Carol. Growing up with the wonderful smells coming from her Mom's kitchen, she wanted to pass along the recipe's. Her middle child, Kirstin, asked Channon, who was at the young age of 36 years old, "Mom, when you grow up will you cook like Meme?" Now that Carol has passed on and our hearts yearn for her presence, with this recipe book, the family can continue on her traditions.
