Darin Simmons is the locally renown author of such classic works as “Some paper he wrote back in college,” and “Some paper he wrote back in grad school,” and “Some other paper he wrote back in grad school…the second time around.” In his spare time, Darin avoids vacuuming and folding socks, though he absolutely loves cooking for his beautiful wife, Nikki. Darin completely, and totally loves his wife Nikki, their dog Izzy, and their wonderful life together.
