Hi my name is Haalah Khalil and this is the first childrens book I've ever written. As a child, I spent much of my time with my grandprents who shared stories about the different lands from which they can from. They shared many times that when growing up in hard times, they found love in the smallest activities. I also spent large amounts of time reading fairy tales, myths, and drawing. I currently live with my parents, brother, and three sisters. My little sister Summer brings out the fun in everything she does, which gave me the idea to write this book.
