Kristen Zaleski was born to a legacy of great chefs dating back to the Civil War. Her holidays were always spent smelling the aromas of Southern Alabama cooking including fried okra, fried chicken, black eyed peas, and other Southern specialties that continue to make Kristen's mouth water.

Kristen's mother began the journey of cooking outside the "Southern Alabama" box and influenced Kristen's culinary taste. Today, Kristne spends her time cooking for friends and creating a party out of every meal.
