This book was able to be made through the support and assistance of Joe's sisters, Nancy Mingus and Lea Chiki; and most importantly, through the stories, memories, and thoughts shared by Joe Fout. Through the love of family, this book came together to preserve dear memories and to give a glance into the life story of Joe.











With the help of all the above mentioned, as well as Atco staff Leslie, this book was designed and made by Maggie Jackson, an intern at Atco.
