Maria Warner was born in Wheeling, West Virginia in 1991 and moved to Clarkston, Michigan when she was fourteen years old. Maria graduated in 2009 and is now currently a student at Western Michigan University. She is going into Elementary Education and plans to graduate in Spring of 2014. Maria loves to babysit and this book inspired her because she feels a lot of children have to be forced to move or do things they do not want to do in life.
