Waffa Bawazir was born in the capital city of Saudi Arabia, and spent some years of her life living in Jeddah, near the Red Sea. For the most part, she's spent her life in Minnesota. One of her best memories of Saudi Arabia was the food. As she's grown, so has her passion to cook the traditional foods her relatives did for her. She put the cookbook together not only to have it handy for herself, but so that she can share the culture and foods with you as well.
