Amber McKinney was born in a small West Virginia coal field town called Sarah Ann. She grew up and was raised there. She got married to her best friend in 2003. She has two children ages 3 and 8. Her children loves to read. Her little boy loves trains and was her inspiration to write this book. The book is dedicated to Zakery Dale, Jalynn Paige, and Branson Seth. -------I love you guys bigger than the sky and to the moon and back!!!
