Joanne Antoinette Huggins Kelly blattlin born on the island of St Vincent and the Grenadines to Vinola Huggins and Denzil Horne.
at the age of 1year and mother her mother migrated to st maarten and left her and her brother with her mom miss Rucina Huggins at the age of 9 she was reunited with her mom but she lost her mom at the age of 11. life was never the same for her,she has struggle through out her her life and she always keep her faith in the lord even when things got ruff she always believe that GOD will find away out . Joanne some day would love to open a foster home because of her love for kids and helping others.
