Colby Forbush has been playing the Bagpipes since 2000. He plays with the Wasatch and District Pipe Band based out of Bountiful Utah. He wrote this book for the new pipers in hopes that they will look to someone that is more of their skill level that will explain everything in a simple and easy formate to understand.
