Hello my name is Aaron Palomares and I am a senior at Woodstock High School. For my Vision Quest Project I took the career of being a Personal Trainer. I decided for my final product to come with a work-out plan that targets male high school teenagers (16-18 years old) that would like to build lean muscle.
