Hey my name is Delona Jacobs aka Mizz Royalty, I am 17 years old and i attend Street Academy, the reason I started writing poetry was when I was young in foster care. I felt I had nowhere to go and no one to talk to. So I began putting my thoughts and feelings into poetry. Poetry has helped me make it through hard times breakups, school, friends, choices, and life period. I know when it comes to my poetry I will get my point across, like my dad always said to me" If you want to get what you never had, you got to do what you never did".
