About Me

Born and raised in Rhode Island, New author and Illustrator Patricia Montaquila-Mowry is taking a shot at Children's Books. She lives in Johnston RI with her Husband Eric and their 5 year old daughter Isabella. Inspired by her many nieces and nephews especially the youngest 4 Patricia wrote this story. However, in the future Patricia or Trish, will be focusing a bit more on Novels and screenplays but don't be surprised if you see these little Monsters I mean Moonstars again.

Trish also is a Behavior tech. for the CRANSTON SCHOOL DEPARTMENT. A job she loves and a great way to incorporate all her talents such as Writing, illustrating and working one-to-one with Children ages 12-20. The nights, weekends and summers are when she tries to find the time to "create" stories and work on Caricatures and other freelance projects. Patricia also enjoys, reading, keeping healthy and listening to Music while occasionally dancing and drumming to the beat. Thats Trish in a Nutshell.
