About Me

I'm a surfer, shaper, chef. I grew up surfing, skateboarding and working in the kitchen at my fathers restaurant since a very young age. Most of the recipes in this book are inspired by growing up in Florida, California and exploring both coasts down to Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean. They're are also recipes inspired by travels to Hawaii and the surf and beach life style all over the surf world.
