About Author:
This cheerleader has a lot of thoughts going through her head, but her main thought is “Why is this Asian dude’s hair so weird and spiked up and stuff?” She’s asking herself why he’s standing so weird. Why he’s carrying himself in such a strange manner. She’s thinking “Hey, I’m the cheerleader, shouldn’t I be the one who’s all peppy and happy and screaming and be the center of attention?” This girl is basically asking herself a bunch of questions. She’s very confused. Let’s name this cheerleader Lucy. Lucy is thinking she should go up there and knock him out of the way and start to cheer louder than him. She’s thinking she should cause a scene. The cheerleader is asking herself “Why is this guy that I have been going to school with since kindergarten wearing a polo and dress pants when he’s doing flips and stuff, when I have to wear my cheerleading uniform like everyone else?” She’s thinking that she really doesn’t like the other cheerleader next to her. She thinks that her forehead is greasy and she just does not like her in general. Lucy does not want to be at this football game, she would rather be out with her friends doing something fun. She would rather be anywhere than on that football field with that Asian kid that she does not like and that other cheerleader that she hates. They’ve been fighting with each other since she got put on the team 2 years ago. She doesn’t want to smile or cheer. She is tired and moody. She finally decides that she is going to pretend to go to the bathroom and leave the first chance she gets and go hang out with some people that she doesn’t hate and don’t make her want to punch things.
