I retired from Lockheed Martin on September 1st 2006 after 25 years of fixing computers on Navy ships and submarines. I am 55 years old and want to attempt a thru-hike of the Appalachian Trail in 2007. No more gray boats, no more gray boxes! Plan to start hiking north from Springer Mountain on March 6th 2007.
